We buy only from one importer who has been in the jewelry trade for over 30 years and treasures his reputation more than anything. If you are dissatified with any product, we will refund you. We have only had compliments on the high quality of the pearls, and most people said they exceeded their expectations

Due to the wide variety of sizes, colours etc., not all items shown on this website are in stock at all times.

Whenever possible orders will be shipped out within 24 hours. When items are not in stock, it may take up to a week to ship out orders. In the even that an item is not available we will email you and advise you of this.

Much of the jewelry will be made to order, and there will be a lead time of 7-10 days until shipment.

Shipping by registered airmail is $4.95 and usually takes 7-14 days to UK and USA. Shipping by EMS will cost $21.95 and takes 3-4 days to most locations.  Orders over $200 ship for free by registered airmail.

We do not send free samples, but there is no minimum order size. If you go on to make a wholesale order, we will refund the difference between the retail price and the wholesale price.

They are listed in US$ but you can use a currency converter, to convert the price into your local currency (see www.xe.com).

The hobbyist jewelry maker as well as the professional jewelry designer, bead store owner and manufacturers can all purchase from this site.   The prices are excellent for the small customer and their are tiered discounts built in to each product.   For larger orders please contact us.

We can accept returns within a reasonable time frame, usually to an UK address or to our Israel address. Before making any returns, please contact me so that we can send you the correct address. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned unless there is a problem with the merchandise. Nor am I responsible for any returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit. It is advised to return product by an insured means.

Personal details: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We collect information about you to enable us to process your order (including to communicate with you regarding any order you might have placed). We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. Credit and debit card details are collected by selected payment service provider(s).

Mailing lists: We send marketing information to customers about our products update only.

Third parties:  We will not sell or provide your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes – unless you consent.

Statistics: We may use general information from our customer database, for statistical purposes. However this information will not identify any individual customer.

Cookies: We currently use cookie to facilitate the store ordering process and for generating goods you added to the shopping cart when you access to our web site. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features may not function properly without cookies.
